As an experienced IT Specialist, you will be responsible for handling endpoints and applications involves overseeing the management, support, security and optimization of endpoint devices and applications for our diverse range of clients. This role requires a deep understanding of endpoint management technologies, application management, excellent troubleshooting skills, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. ## **Responsibilities** ### **Endpoint & Application Management:** - Deploy, configure, maintain endpoint devices such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices and IoT devices. - Ensure endpoints are updated with the latest software patches, security updates and configuration to meet client’s standards. - Deploy, configure, maintain a portfolio of applications ensuring security and optimal performance. - Monitor applications usage and license compliance, managing software updates and patches efficiently. - Maintain up-to-date documentation of endpoint and application configurations and management procedures. ### **Security & Compliance:** - Implementing and maintaining endpoint security measures guarantees the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data. - Implementing and maintaining application security measures ensures protection against unauthorized access, data breaches, and various threats, while aligning with corporate policies. - Ensure endpoints and applications comply with corporate policies and industry standards. ### **Continuous Monitoring:** - Implement endpoint and applications security and performance monitoring to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data and applications. ### **Automation:** - Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline endpoint and application management tasks such as deployment, updates, monitoring, and troubleshooting. - Utilize automation frameworks to reduce manual efforts and increase operational efficiency. ### **Troubleshooting & Support:** - Provide L2/3 support to end users, diagnosing and resolving issues related to endpoint devices, applications, and connectivity. - Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and user support interactions to maintain a knowledge base and improve service efficiency. ### **User Training & Documentation:** - Create user documentation, training materials, and FAQs to facilitate user adoption of new technologies and best practices for endpoint and application usage. - Conduct training sessions or workshops to educate end users on endpoint security, application features, and IT policies. ### **Vendor & Asset Management:** - Manage relationships with hardware and software vendors, including procurement, licensing, and warranty management. - Maintain an inventory of endpoint devices, software licenses, and IT assets, ensuring accurate documentation and asset tracking. ### **Continuous Improvement:** - Stay current with the latest developments in endpoint and application management technologies and practices. - Evaluate and recommend new tools and solutions to improve endpoint and application management and security. - Participate in the development and implementation of IT projects and initiatives related to endpoint and application services. # **Requirements** ### **Qualifications and Skills:** - Bachelor's degree preferably in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering. - 3+ years of experience in endpoint and application management in managed service environment. - Proficiency in endpoint management tools such as JumpCloud, Clonezilla, or similar. - Preferably In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience managing applications such as: Google Workspace, Office 365, Active Directory, Adaxes, Atlassian Products, Crowstrike, Jumpcloud, ZenDesk, Slack and MFA security tools. - Experience in automation tools such as ansible. - Expertise in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. - Understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. - Proficiency in scripting languages - Prefer candidates with the relevant certifications, such as Google Workspace Administrator, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), ITIL Foundation Certification.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of managed service projects, including managed endpoints, infrastructure, and cloud services for out clients. you will be responsible for developing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities:** - Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. - Communicate with stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations. - Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery. - Manage resource allocation, balancing workloads across the team. - Track project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. - Collaborate with vendors to ensure successful project milestones. - Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards. - Manage project budgets, keeping costs within allocated limits. - Provide regular updates and reports to the Director and other stakeholders. - Contribute to improving project management practices and processes. **Requirements:** - 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within IT or managed services. - Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience in managing projects related to IT infrastructure, cloud services, or endpoint management. - Experience in working with SMEs and external vendors. - Proficiency in Jira project management software - Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud, and endpoint technologies. - Knowledge of budgeting, resource management, and risk management. - Ability to track and report on key project metrics and KPIs. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. - Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Leadership and decision-making skills to guide project teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, or related field. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. - ITIL certification is a plus.

Establish logging mechanisms to facilitate effective troubleshooting and analysis ### **Proactive Troubleshooting & Technical Support** - Address potential issues to prevent user impact, provide timely technical support to resolve challenges and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to devise effective solutions. ### **Documentation & Knowledge Sharing** - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. - Conduct training sessions and share knowledge with team members to enhance overall expertise in cloud technologies. ### **Continuous Learning & Innovation** - Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing, applying innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of our managed services. # **Requirements** ### **Education & Experiences:** - A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required. - 1-3 years of working experience in cloud engineering or a related field. - In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with one or more major cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. - Experience in IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation and Atlantis for automated provisioning and management of cloud resources. - Strong understanding of virtualisation, networking and containerisation technologies. - Prefer candidates with the relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, Google Cloud Associate Cloud Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, and ITIL Foundation Certification. ### **Skills:** - Strong scripting skills (Python or Bash) and familiarity with languages for automation tasks - Knowledge of programming languages like Java or Groovy can be beneficial. - Familiarity with DevOps methodologies, including continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and version control practices. - Experience in containerisation technologies such as Docker and adept in utilising orchestration tools like Kubernetes. - Proficiency in utilising monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana, and logging solutions such as the ELK stack to maintain and optimise the health and performance of cloud environments. - Knowledge of cloud security best practices, implemented robust security measures, identity management, access control, encryption, and compliance adherence within cloud environments. - Experienced in configuring and maintaining network resources in the cloud environment. - Proficiency in Linux administration. ### **Competencies:** - Strong communication, organisational, and collaborative skills essential for creating and maintaining clear, accessible, and up-to-date documentation. - Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication are crucial for resolving complex issues by identifying root causes and implementing efficient solutions. - Flexibility and critical thinking to adapt to evolving cloud technologies and trends. - Effectively understand customer and stakeholder needs, ensuring a positive user experience, while adeptly communicating technical concepts to audiences of varying technical expertise.
