Sales Executive

Arkstack is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building relationships with institutional clients, and expanding Arkstack's footprint in the cloud services and IT solutions market. This is an individual contributor-hunter role, focused on new customer/logo acquisition, and we are looking for someone with proven track record of hunting and securing new clients as well as expanding existing client base. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT services, security and cloud solutions, with a passion for technology and a hunger to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Hunting: Proactively Identify, target, and acquire new clients, focusing on SMEs in Singapore that can benefit from ArkStack’s managed service offerings.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, including cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and industry events.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and secure new clients. Tailor approaches to address the unique needs and challenges of each prospective client.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their IT and cloud infrastructure needs.
  • Sales Process Management: Own the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless handover to the technical and support teams.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized proposals and pricing agreements. Negotiate terms and close deals to secure new contracts.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including lead conversion, pipeline status, and achievement of new business targets. Provide regular updates to the management
  • Collaboration: Work closely with ArkStack’s technical experts, service support, and marketing teams to develop solutions tailored to client needs and deliver exceptional customer service.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven Sales Track Record: 3-5 years of experience in solution sales, specifically in IT services, cloud solutions, or managed services.
  • Hunter Mentality: A proactive, self-driven individual with a passion for finding new business opportunities. delivering results against a quota. Proactive and resourceful in identifying new opportunities and generating customer leads.
  • Sales Performance: Demonstrate all the behaviors associated with a high-performance sales culture, specifically managing a pipeline of new business opportunities and success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing deals with new clients.
  • Client-Focused: Ability to understand client pain points and position ArkStack’s solutions effectively to address their challenges.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Ability to offer consultative advice to clients and develop tailored IT solutions that meet their needs.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if accompanied by relevant experience.
  • Certifications in IT service management, cyber security, cloud technologies or other relevant fields would be an advantage.
